068 - The Hour I Can't Get Back
By now my opinion of the oxymoronic daylight savings time should be pretty obvious.
Since I retired it’s been easier to adjust as I pretty much ignore it and over the course of the week I gradually adjust.
However as I’ve taken a temp job I will definitely feel it more acutely next week. Not only that, I have quite a bit I need to do today and could use the extra hour. In fact, taking the time out this morning to post this has added to the time crunch.
This would be a lot more readable if you doubled the note lengths, and put it in 4/4 or 2/2. I hate the ongoing inflation (deflation?) of note lengths, that seems to want to avoid the easily distinguished crotchets (quarter notes) and quavers (eighth notes), using instead semi-quavers (16th notes) and smaller, that are hard to distinguish, only by counting little ticks.
