324 Wind Advisory Waltz

Here in the midwest we’re under a wind advisory tonight. They didn’t really have to give me an advisory as it’s pretty easy to tell the wind is more than a little frisky - I can clearly hear it whooshing outside my window as I’m getting this ready to post (FYI, most of these are prepared in the evenings then set to post the following day at 1PM)

Not only is the wind quite loud, it’s sending the wind chimes in our backyard, on the other side of the house, into such a clangorous uproar I can hear them here where I’m sitting, which is saying something as the sound has to travel all the way around the house, thru the windows, and then still be loud enough to make an impression on my awful hearing.

I hope they’re not getting blown to smithereens.
