314 - Normalization

Tonight was the first time this week I could just concentrate on a normal, reasonably upbeat tune for a change without anxiety getting in the way. It was refreshing.

I have precious few followers on this blog and can scarce afford to lose any due to my current unremitting gloominess.

The subgenius’s have a saying, well, that have a LOT of sayings but the one I’m referring to is pull the wool over your own eyes. They have a point. There is a certain amount of bliss in ignorance as I’m discovering by swearing off news and social media.

If I have to keep it up for four years, could be worse.
