309 - Panpsychism Waltz

I’m always delighted to find new words, especially ones that encapsulates a theory I’ve had bouncing around in my head for some time now, like panpsychism, the theory that everything from a particle to a banana peel to the universe as a whole possesses a kind of consciousness.

Whether it’s true or not it’s nice to know there’s a word for it.

For the next couple of days I’m going to repost completely neutral, unrelated to current events pieces from previous years that have yet to see the light of day. You’d never know they weren’t fresh if it wasn’t for the dates on them.

After things settle on Tuesday it’ll be back to business as usual, hopefully with a better outlook, but if not, definitely a different one.
