294 - Hot AND Sour

I love hot and sour soup but it’s so full of ingredients I though it was beyond my culinary skills.

Much to my delight though I discovered that only a few of them are even borderline exotic and once you have them it’s pretty easy to make.

We enjoyed several bowls of for dinner tonight. I was nervous because my wife has never tried it as the name puts her off so she always opts for something safe like egg drop but to my delight she loved it and asked several times if my soup matched what most restaurants serve.

It did.
