292 - Boiling Basil

Making the basil jelly referenced in the Runny Jelly post a few days ago. You have to boil it in water first then strain out the basil, mix it with vinegar and sugar and pectin in the correct proportions and boil it again to make the jelly - theoretically.

It appears I was having some fun here fitting five beat phrases into three beat measures.

What I post here are recipes, not finished music. For that It works best if you add some of your own ingredients.
