or: What's On the Menu in Springfield?

I’ve been seeing the label Legacy News applied to traditional news “organizations” lately, I suppose to separate them from the myriad of other less traditional sources of information that are now available via social media and streaming services.

I have also noted the new-ish word / phrase, sane washing, appearing with increasing frequency.

I suspect the two are related.
