260 - Indeed or no Deed
Most of these pieces are tweaked a little when set in ABC - some more than others - a process I refer to as “polishing a turd.”
Sometimes I’m so dissatisfied with the first draft that it’s easier for me to just start over and compose a new piece from scratch than it is to try and fix all of what I perceive as problems, which is what happened today - this is the 2nd tune.
However, upon re-examination I found I was able to polish the original to an acceptable level after all, so here it is post polish:
I suppose 2/3 and 2/4 are the same.
Thanks for sharing the second melody. The (3 quarter notes are a pleasant rhythmic surprise.
