243 - The Idiot on the Scooter
It finally happened this afternoon. The dashboard camera on our car caught an almost incident. Thank goodness it wasn’t a bonafide incident as somebody would’ve gotten hurt, badly.
Basically as we proceeded thru an intersection close to our house with a green light clearly in our direction, when we entered the intersection a guy on a motor scooter paid no heed to his red light and pulled in front of us. We barely missed him.
