219 - Rehearsin' For An Empty Room
Wednesday evening is rehearsal night here - I play piano (in a duet/trio/quartet depending on the circumstances). Amongst other things we’re working on several selections from this blog, which I hope to share with everyone at some point.
Unfortunately, our guitar had a sore throat yesterday so he couldn’t make it.
Shortly after that, the bass had to stay late at work because, well, because.
Not wanting to be left out the drummer decided this meant he needed to stay home too despite me pointing out I have a set of bass pedals I’m trying to get accustomed to and this would be a perfect opportunity to get some work done.
So I rehearsed to an empty room.
