215 - Peach Juice
The same peach trees referred to a couple of posts ago did something similar in 2021 when this piece was jotted down.
At that time we used a masticating juicer (didn't have the steam one yet) to make lots of peach juice, which is amazingly good stuff. If you’re ever around an abundance of peaches I recommend trying it.
