211 - Try Again
I was out of line a couple of days ago when I labeled 13/16 as an “ugly meter.” That’s ridiculous. There’s no such thing as an ugly meter. Wasn’t all that satisfied with the way I handled it though, so thought I’d give it another try.
I recall learning Balkan tunes with this kind of time signature. A waltz with a slight limp. 211's so cool. thanks
