111 - Oak and Cherry

Oak and Cherry are two main streets that run thru the campus of the University of Missouri at Kansas City, which is where I earned my DMA in composition.

Oak street used to have a dormitory building before they demolished it. My understanding was the mold issues in the dorm rooms were so overwhelming it was cheaper to tear the building down than to try to renovate it.

I never stayed in the dorm.
