089 - Mass Delusions

I have never in my life seen so many people believing so much bizarre nonsense - easily disproven bizarre nonsense at that - as I am today.

We are not an enlightened society, we are barely even polite these days much less "enlightened.” What we are is a collection of dangerous mobs easily persuaded, principally via tribalism, to believe the most outrageously obvious falsehoods as if these delusional concepts were somehow obvious.

If you’d told me when I was a teenager the world would be the way it is today when I’ve reached this age, I simply wouldn’t’ve believed you, yet here we are.
