An expression I first saw used by Jello Biafra to describe George W. Bush was ‘Clown with a Machine Gun.’ Such a phrase doesn’t come close to doing justice to what currently passes for “leadership” today where chainsaws are used in lieu of scalpels. “W” comes off as a genius and statesman by comparison.
