035 - Doldrums pt. 1

I couldn’t tell you what led to this piece as well as pt. 2 which I’ll post tomorrow being titled “Doldrums.”

They both have severe scale alterations while sitting on relatively static harmony, so I guess that’s somewhat doldrum like.

This piece turned into a mandolin duet published as part of a set of two books of “24 Moth Shadow mandolin duets” published by Edition HODY in France.
