031 - Fever Jingle
Something I’d failed to take into consideration when I took this temp job as a substitute is that children are flu / pneumonia / viral infection factories. I knew this ahead of time but thought “naw, it won’t happen to me.”
Ha ha…
The last couple of days I’ve been feeling mildly off kilter in the morning with it clearing up shortly after I get up, however, tonight I’m running a full fledged fever. I’ll wait to reserve judgement till morning but damn, it’s been several years since I came down with anything.
On the other hand, my tune tonight is pretty up-beat and jingle-y…
Update: overnight my “fever” broke and I’m feeling great today!
