029 - Sandy-head Waltz
As much as possible I’m burying my head in the sand - I literally feel better when I don’t keep up with current events. Never thought it would come to this.
Whenever I’m in the car I don’t listen to music or podcasts, I listen to a stream of Bob and Ray audio archives. I stay away from most online sources of information and whenever my wife says “Oh my God, you’re not going to believe…” I interrupt her with “I don’t want to know.” It’s unfortunate, but it’s also helped me keep my sanity intact.
The Bob and Ray helps a lot.
