005 - My Behmor
A ode to the device that I use for roasting coffee.
This is not going to devolve into a diatribe about the pleasures of home roasting coffee other than to say if you’re a fan of that particular bean brew, and I am, it’s by far the most affordable way to enjoy a daily cup or two. Green coffee beans average around $6 a pound and can sometimes be had for less. You do have to roast them and grind them and brew them and all that jazz but if you’re very serious about coffee you’re already grinding and brewing anyway.
